Technology Recyclers recently had the honor of being featured on a segment of local TV called Going Green with Kelly Greene. In this news story, we were able to share a bit about our recycling process. Every device recycled at our facility is wiped of all data and then through our shredders and other equipment, separated into its individual material components. Every piece is sustainably recycled and kept out of landfills where they could otherwise leak toxic chemicals into the ground. At Technology Recyclers, we don’t just recycle everything device, large and small: everything from computers and phones, to wires, cables, and batteries. And the best part of all? Our service is FREE. That’s how we were able to recycle 7.2 million pounds of electronics last year alone.
